About

C.O. Mollenhour Conservation Camp

Teaching the principles of conservation to young people through
instruction and experiences in a wilderness camp setting.

C.O. Mollenhour Conservation Camp facilities are truly unique. Over 15 acres setting on McClures Lake just west of Silver Lake, Indiana – it’s ideal for a one-of-a-kind educational experience.

Established in 1938 by the conservation clubs and lake associations in the local area, this outstanding Camp has been perpetuated by the clubs remaining active and by local organizations.

Now lead by a dedicated council of volunteers, C.O. Mollenhour Conservation Camp is expanding programs and providing greater facilities to serve even more young people as environmental awareness and conservation become increasingly critical to future generations.

Camp Mollenhour is a 501(c)(3) camp.  You can support Camp Mollenhour by sponsoring a young person at a summer session, by making a tax-deductible contribution to Camp Mollenhour, to the C.O. Mollenhour Conservation Camp Capital Fund, or by volunteering your time to assist at camp sessions.
